Vice Chairman
A Member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority for fifty-three years. Currently serving as Vice Chairman for the Tau Omega Charitable Trust Fund. Former president of Tau Omega Chapter. During that time my community involvement included literacy programs and hosting a read-a-thon at the Apollo Theater. Retired principal of a school in Harlem where Tau Omega Chapter serves the community. A member of Audience Development and Engagement Committee of the Metropolitan Museum of Art representing the chapter. The purpose is to advise the museum on ways to make the Harlem community more aware of the museum and what it offers. Participated in Susan G Coleman Cancer walks with the chapter. Involved with beautification projects with the members of the chapter to clean up the parks and plant flowers.
