The Tau Omega Charitable Trust Fund, Incorporated collaborates with Tau Omega Chapter, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® to raise funds to support the award of Thelma Berlack Boozer scholarship. This scholarship is awarded to individuals with a demonstrated financial need who have excelled academically and provided leadership in their community. All applicants must be graduating from high school in the spring and attending college in the fall. Preference is given to those who will be attending a historically black college or university. All applicants must either live in or attend high school in the borough of Manhattan.
Applications for a one time award in 2025 are now being accepted. Submission deadline is April 19, 2025.
